The service inolved preparation and filing of a form TR2.

Every company needs a registered office, where the Companies Office, the Revenue and legal authorities can serve official documents and assume that they have been received by the company directors.

All official Companies office correspondence is addressed to the registered office and this address must be put on your company’s letterhead and website.

If you work from home and do not wish your home address to be on public records, or if you don’t have a suitable address within Ireland, Companyservice.ie can provide this for you.

There is a requirement for every company registered in Ireland to have at least one Director who is resident in European Economic Area. If no director is resident in Europe, the alternative is to take up a Section 43 insurance Bond.

We can arrange for a Section 43 bond in approximately five days.

Our payroll department has been providing payroll services for over 20 years. Your staff will have a hotline to our payroll team who will answer questions clearly in relation to their payslips, tax credits etc…
